Emily Peppers goes above and beyond to help make Curtis Elementary a collaborative environment, which fosters positive relationships. She takes on many tasks outside of the classroom and thrives in mentoring teachers in our school. She takes time out of her day to check on staff members and previous students, which is important for a collaborative culture. She comes to school with a smile on her face and greets others warmly.
